Vindaloo should not be new to the now Bangladesh. I tasted this dish made with pork which was a Sunday affair in every AngloIndian house in Chittagong before Partition of India. It was a very fiery version and of a sour-sweet variety. Not bad really Rownak. I quite enjoyed your version.
