Cauliflower Roast / Fulkopi Roast

Yield: One Cauliflower Roast
Here I use conventional oven to make Cauliflower Roast / Fulkopi Roast. But if you want, you can deep fry it. Even you make it as as vegetarian dish to use vegetable stuffing. Readers don’t forget like my Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/banglarecipes).
Ingredients:
• 1 medium size cauliflower
• 3 large potato (boiled)
• 1 green chilli
• 2 tablespoon chopped onion
• ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
• ½ cup bread crumbs
• 1 egg
• Salt to taste
• Spray oil
For Stuffing:
• 200 grams chicken breast mince
• 1 large onion chopped
• 3-4 green chopped
• 1 teaspoon ginger paste
• ½ black pepper powder
• 1 tablespoon oil
• Salt to taste
For garnish: Lettuce
How to make:
1. Cut stem part of cauliflower and wash well.
2. Boil the cauliflower about 10 minutes with salt. Drain water and keep aside.
3. Heat the pan with oil and fry the onion till it becomes transparent. Add chilli, ginger, mince, black pepper and salt. Cook it till chicken becomes tender.
4. Stuff chicken mince inside cauliflower.
5. Mix boiled potato, chilli, onion, black pepper and salt and mash well.
6. Cover cauliflower with potato mash.
7. Dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs and spray oil all over it.
8. Pre heat the oven 175˚c and bake cauliflower till it becomes golden brown.
9. Garnish Cauliflower Roast / Fulkopi Roast with lettuce and serve with rice.
