Ingredients:
• ½ cup flat rice
• 2 tables fresh grate coconut
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 and ½ cups milk
• Sugar / Gur to taste
How to make:
1. Wash the flat rice and soak in water for 1hr.
2. Blend all ingredients together.
3. Serve Chirar Shorbot / flat Rice Smoothie chilled.
